1. Choose a Document

Choose a document that you need from our growing Catalogue of do-it-yourself legal documents.

You can find our products listed through out our site, including on our home page and our shop page.

At the bottom of our home page you will also find additional information on our Group Products, which explains certain product options or how certain products work together.

2. Online Interview

Answer the questions in our Online Interview.

Your answers will personalise your document.

Our Online interviews are designed to guide you through creating your document and are therefore usually divided into multiple pages making the questions easier to understand.  Answering one of our interviews should feel like following a story.

You can also save your interview and continue again at a later stage.  Simply select the “Save and Finish Later” button at any time while answering the Interview, you will then be given a unique link that can be used to return and complete your interview.  You may also elect to have the link emailed to you.

3. Make Payment

After completing the Online Interview, you will select the “Pay and submit” button.

You will be taken to our Payment Gateway where you will need to enter an email address that will be used for security reasons and for tacking your payment.

The following payment methods are accepted:

  • Credit and Cheque Cards
  • Debit cards
  • Instant EFT
  • PayFast

4. Compiles Automatically

More Info

Once your payment has been processed our system will automatically compile and build your personalised document.

The selections you made and information you provided while answering our Online Interview will be added to your document, your document will be unique to you.

5. Receive Your Document

Your document will be sent to you by email after our system has finished with it.

The email with your document will usually arrive within 30 minutes but may take longer depending on a number of factors; therefore we suggest you allow for 1 working day for receipt after completing the online interview and payment.

6. Review your Document

More Info

After receiving our email with your document you must review it.

If you notice that you have entered information incorrectly while completely the Online Interview and that the document is therefore inaccurate, you may send a request for a change to the document to within 10 working days of receiving the email with the document.  Your corrected document will then arrive within 5 working days.

7. Print your Document

More Info

Your document is printable, now that it is completed you may print it at your convenience.

8. Sign your Document

More Info

Your document is now ready to be signed.
