EXECUTORS
The "Executor" of this Will.

An Executor who will carry out the terms of your Will. Generally, you can choose almost anyone as the executor of a Will (unless, for example, they are under the age of 18). As a result, the most common executors are spouses, siblings and children.

TAKE NOTE:

Being an Executor can come with many responsibilities.

You will nominate the Executor, but they are not obligated to accept the position.

Therefore, we limit the Executor's liability and give them certain freedoms in terms of this Will in the hope that the nominated person(s) will accept the position.
